Instagram I tried you out again but you just ain’t for me ! About 4 years ago I got rid of Facebook and haven’t missed it . I also previously got rid of insta . With curiosity and a new view on creative in my field I got it back to showcase where I’m at now with my view on the trade . But you all get the drift now and to me a life of no social media and not being glued to the phone is heavily out weighing! A life of space and time . You’ve been rad . I get a lot of nice messages from junior food workers and people all around . A life and food outlook of simplicity and practicality. Be safe & be kind .
I’m gonna leave this post up for a little and if you have any final questions etc just ask.
We went on the London Eye on Valentine’s Day. It was a little bit rainy (classic England) but the views were still absolutely gorgeous and so worth it. I hope to sometime go again during the day to compare a daytime/nighttime view, but I do recommend going at night to see all the lights of London lit up on the river Thames. There are options to have a pod to yourself, or one with champagne, but we just had the regular tickets and they did a good job at not putting to many people/couples in the same pod at once. We had plenty of room to walk around and it still felt intimate enough that we were on our own date. We did see people in a “private pod” and they actually have an employee go up with you. Kinda awkward! You and your date in your very own overpriced intimate pod - with a stranger staring at you !! Lol.
Side note, don’t try and bring your own champagne in a backpack -Em
