Hi, 😃 To you who is reading this post I will like to start telling my story of myself . As you can see there is a big difference between pictures and let me tell you it’s being a long journey and still is because I am not planning to stop until I can make a change in you. I started lifting back in 2012 when one of my family member told me that I was getting Fat and that if I kept going the same path I will be a Fat person the rest of my life, and that right there was the main reason I join the gym because I didn’t want to be Fat and didn’t want to be make fun of. So I decide to start lifting 🏋🏽‍♂️and it took me a while to do it right because like You, I didn’t know 🤔what was I doing so I started to search and watch videos about training and thanks to all that I could change myself physically and mentally. So what I’m saying is that even though it might seem easy the change from the pictures but honestly it was hard and it is worth it because not only I look better but I feel better and that’s what I will like to do now help you with this problem that I had years ago. So remember nothing is impossible but yes it takes time to achieve the goal. Today was leg day and I felt like my brain was going to rocket out of my head while doing squats (did squats before anything else, started with 20kg plates then adding weight with every set for a total of 5 sets, followed by other exercises). Then I saw my neck veins for the first time while still squatting. Considering I still hold a high % of fat that's something. First veins coming through! 😎 _______ Another week has gone by and just like last week, I'm posting my weight update, something I will do every Monday from now on. This week I actually gained weight and that's the thing with measuring progress only with the scale, it doesn't give an accurate picture. I know I'm in a better position than last week, as I've been doing the work (plus I can see it), but if I were just to look at the scale, it seems to be telling me the opposite. So do not always trust the weight scale only, but look at the full picture! Anyway, I'll keep doing the weekly weight updates just to see how my weight fluctuates throughout the #gymshark66 challenge. __________ The second picture is me on the leg press after being exhausted by squats and in the third one the leg press machine itself. MLK Day workout 🙌🏽

Killed it bench pressing with my uncle @thatmanthan and hit some rep PRs with 315. 😁 Didn't go heavy heavy for once and stopped at 315 for sets. Session was 2x10 135, 1x5 185, 1x5 225, 1x5 275, 2x6 315 PR's, 1x3 315 long pauses, and 1x16 225 pause reps all within 35 minutes. 💪 Then did close grip dumbbell presses, pull ups, pull downs, spider curls, tricep extensions, shrugs and hammer strength machine low row pulls. 🤘 Felt good and overall great session! 🙏

Squats are looking good! 😁 Managed a PR with 405 for my top set. Took it easy for my overall session but 4 plates was feeling nice! 💪 Session was 2x10 135, 1x10 185, 1x5 225, 1x5 275, 1x5 315, 1x2 345, 375 single, 1x4 405 PR, 2x8 315, and 2x12 225 pause squats. 🤘 All my accessory work is paying off. 🙏
