Killed it bench pressing with my uncle @thatmanthan and hit some rep PRs with 315. Didn't go heavy heavy for once and stopped at 315 for sets. Session was 2x10 135, 1x5 185, 1x5 225, 1x5 275, 2x6 315 PR's, 1x3 315 long pauses, and 1x16 225 pause reps all within 35 minutes. Then did close grip dumbbell presses, pull ups, pull downs, spider curls, tricep extensions, shrugs and hammer strength machine low row pulls. Felt good and overall great session!
