⭐️Aujourd’hui je change de salle le temps de quelques jours de vacance, et c’est très dépaysant ! . Le matériel change du tout au tout et là pour le coup la poulie change énormément malgré que je mette le poids prévu, la résistance n’est pas du tout la même ! . Il vaut mieux éviter de changer d’équipement si on veut progresser car chaque machine a sa particularité et il est difficile de progresser si on change constamment de manière de faire ! . C’est quand même une expérience intéressante, je vois comment s’entraîne les autres filles et... pourquoi je suis la seule sur le plateau muscu ??! Les filles descendez de votre tapis incliné marche rapide et venez me rejoindre 😁💪🏻⭐️. . Average day to pumped up in less than 20 mins (and if you’re not in the mood today, that is TOTALLY all good - just hit save to rave later!) ⚡️⚡️⚡️ 30s each move (45 if you’re feeling crazy) 10s rest 3 or 4 sets ⚡️⚡️⚡️ 1️⃣ Knees down modified burpee. 2️⃣ Punches (4) & run outs. *weaker core - knees down at end of run out, or don’t go full stretch with legs, or JUST punch) 3️⃣ Gallop runs. *weaker PF - step this move, or just do step behind with a bend down, not the gallop run. 4️⃣ Plank in out/up down. *weaker core - knees down on the hand step up. CLIENT'S SPOTLIGHT . By David B: . "I am 73 now and as a competitive cyclist I have participated in multiple amateur Tour de France mountain stages and similar events - right up to recent times. . Following a broken hip, and the subsequent replacement, after a fall from my bike in November 2018, and the need to improve my overall fitness for some metalwork to be removed from my leg, I decided that a course of gym exercises tailored to my requirements was required. I contacted Marta to see if she could help me. . When I first met Marta for our initial consultation, my medical history, sports and special needs were discussed. Marta highlighted the importance of nutrition (and certain aspects of it being even more important as we age) and suggested a couple of supplements that I would benefit from. She also created a personalised training plan for me. . During the training Marta impressed me with her knowledge of the various exercises and the importance of correct posture to get the most benefit from the exercises. Not always easy but well worth persevering. . She was always very patient (important when you can’t get an exercise right) and friendly, which made the sessions enjoyable as well as hard work. . Of course being motivated to persevere is important and age obviously has its own special issues, but Marta was always diligent not to overdo the exercises, while being encouraging. Age is not necessarily a barrier to being fit and healthy - just the motivation to do something about it. . I would like to express my complete satisfaction with my personal training with Marta and would heartily recommend her for anyone looking for a personal trainer.
